OUR SERVICES

The group was incorporated in 2014 in West Bengal, India. We set up our first manufacturing unit in February 2018 and another in December 2020, around 125 kms from the trade city of Kolkata. These state-of-art manufacturing units operate as solvent extraction units for rice bran oil. Our units follow the best practices as specified by the industry standards right from procurement of raw material to packaging of the finally extracted oils.
We procure our raw materials from our associated farms, 600-700 rice mills, who have an exclusive arrangement with us thereby maintain quality and consistent business practices. All these raw material units are situated within 50-60 kms of the manufacturing units, thereby reducing logistical nightmares.
On procurement, the seeds are washed in industrial washers to strip them of any stone dust, shrub residue, and other organic impurities. Thereby they are transferred to the extraction machines to obtain crude oil. The crude oil obtained is of excellent quality and is monitored and checked for any impurities at each stage by experts.
Our units together have the joint capacity of processing 900 metric tonnes of rice bran/day of which we can extract 160 metric tons of crude oil. With a workforce of approximately 150 employees, we ensure maximization of operational capacities.
